Robert Half are excited to announce we have exclusively partnered with a prestigious and top performing Private Equity firm based in West End who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support an MD and the wider SLT.
This role is not to be missed! You will be joining a fun but high performing team with a supportive operations team around you.
This role is 4 days in the office with the occasional Friday. Hours 8AM - 6PM.
THE ROLE:
- Supporting 1x MD with complex and multiple time-zone diary/inbox management & travel arrangements (visas, itineraries, etc), processing expenses and arranging meetings.
- Executive Assistant support for the wider senior management team.
- Working closely with the Operations team to complete ad-hoc tasks.
- Assisting with planning internal events including off sites, quarterly parties, etc.
THE PERSON:
- Highly proactive and a team player who is happy to help wherever, no task is too big or small for you!
- A natural problem solver with excellent time management skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant, ideally within Financial Services but this is not a deal breaker.
- Comfortable working within a corporate environment and speaking with clients & stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient with Microsoft.
