We are working with a multi-brand eCommerce business that is looking to add to their current workforce based in Irlam. This is thriving business with a clean warehouse environment, excellent people culture and great working hours with no nights or weekends.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, and implementing continuous improvements.
Work pattern: Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 17.30 & Friday 09.00 - 12.30

- Salary up to £40,000 DOE

Warehouse Manager - Requirements
- Must have experience in a similar role
- FLT Driving (essential)
- Valid FLT Licences (desirable)
- Attention to detail
- Leadership & motivation qualities
- Excellent communication skills
Warehouse Manager - Responsibilities
- Managing the warehouse on a daily basis
- Leading and motivating a small team
- Training & development of the team
- Overseeing goods in/goods out
- Coordinating loading/unloading vehicles
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately
- Working to business customer's league timetables
- Checking quality standards
- Identify process improvements
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, warehouse team and colleagues
- Identify and implement ideas and process improvements
- Hands on support in the warehouse & driving FLT's
- Ensuring H&S adhered to
- Reporting on warehouse functions
