Senior Financial Administrator - Chartered IFA firm
****£40k - £45k basic salary****
Offices in Central London (near Moorgate)
3 days in the office & 2 days WFH

My client is a Chartered wealth planning business with offices in Central London within the "City of London" who have been operating for many years and have built an outstanding reputation working with HNW & UHNW clients. They manage the affairs of City professionals, families, business owners retirees and Civil Servants. Many of their clients fall into the HNW & UHNW category with £1m - £50m of assets to invest. This business has a team of c. 50 staff who manage over £1bn AUM.
A vacancy has come available for a highly experienced Financial Administrator who can administer all the necessary client services and back office administration from start to finish. You will report into an Operations Manager and you may be allocated your own adviser to support. This role is for an accomplished candidate who can hit the ground running and is very astute across all areas of IFA administration.
The role can offer extensive flexibility, but you will be asked to come to the more during your onboarding but then you can WFH 2 days a week. If you are sitting any exams towards your level 4 diploma, then my client will support you with your studies but this role would be suitable for a career administrator. My client places a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away. My client are looking to offer circa £40k - £45k basic salary plus a comprehensive study support package and bonus. For a truly outstanding candidate they will offer a higher basic salary.
