Maintenance Worker
Location: Outskirts of Reading

Salary: up to £40k pa, dependent on experience
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multitrader to join our clients skilled maintenance team working in a beautiful and unusual setting. This role offers a diverse range of property repairs and maintenance tasks, from day-to-day reactive work to larger-scale renovations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with general maintenance procedures and possess a broad skill set in property upkeep.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct a wide variety of property repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform general decoration and contribute to larger renovation projects.
- Work independently and as part of a team of tradespeople to ensure high standards and timely completion of tasks.
- Utilise a company vehicle to travel between properties ensuring efficient and effective maintenance across the estate.
- Manage a range of tools and equipment provided for maintenance duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance work, with a good knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
- Skilled in various aspects of property repair and decoration.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the location of the properties.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse workload.
