Commissioning Manager (Children – CSF)
Rate: £400 PD – IR35 – 3 - 6 months – 3 days onsite
Opportunity:
A leading corporation is seeking an experienced commissioning manager with a strong understanding of children social care and health commissioning specifically in the context of children in care.
The purpose of the role is review their commissioning arrangements for high cost placements and work alongside the placements teams in formulating the commissioning arrangements of new children entering the care system.
Core experience required
- Demonstrable experience of commissioning, procuring and managing services within children's social care, health and education which includes undertaking all stages of the commissioning cycle.
- Demonstrable experience of leading service reviews and producing reports for senior management
- Experience of working effectively with partners to secure positive outcomes for children and young people
- Experience of market development and procurement
