Our client, a well-established franchised used car dealership in Hemel Hempstead, is looking for a new junior member of staff who is bright, enthusiastic and has a passion for cars. This is an outstanding and rare opportunity to begin a career in car sales, with full training and support, a basic salary, the opportunity to earn commission from sales, and a company car after successful completion of a probationary period.
The successful candidate will be given a great opportunity to develop their skills in automotive industry sales in a friendly team, with excellent potential for long term career progression in this well known and highly respected company. During the first 6 months as a junior sales executive, the basic salary will be £18000 pa plus commission which means you should earn around £30000 total in your first year, but from year 2 onwards, you will be expected to earn well in excess of £35-40000 OTE per year. A company car will be provided after 6 months. FULL UK driving licence is essential as is working every Saturday.
