Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging Physics lessons to students from Key Stage 3 to A-Level.
- Inspiring students to develop a love for Physics and helping them achieve their full academic potential.
- Assessing, recording, and reporting on the progress of students in line with school policies.
- Preparing students for A-Level examinations and supporting their aspirations for higher education or careers in STEM.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Physics to A-Level is essential.
- A passion for Physics and a desire to inspire students to excel in the subject.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A commitment to the values of independent education, with a focus on personalised learning.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work well within a small, supportive team.
