SALES NEGOTIATOR OR TRAINEE SALES NEGOTIATOR - ESTATE AGENT - FELTHAM- UP TO £20K BASIC DOE , UP TO £30K OTE DOE
A successful Independent estate agent in Feltham are looking to employ a Sales Negotiator or Trainee Negotiator to join their team. Ideally you will have some experience as a sales Negotiator already, but Trainees will also be considered as full training will be offered.
BASIC SALARY UP TO £20k DOE + UP TO £30K OTE DOE
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Happy to take the initiative
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Good telephone manner
The role will also involve:
- Dealing with enquiries
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating
- Carrying out viewings
- Booking market appraisals
- Updating and maintaining websites
- General office administration.
- Sales Progressing
To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence and use of a car.
