The Marketing Programmes Manager is?responsible for working closely with the Senior Manager to build,?deliver?and evaluate aligned multi-channel go-to-market strategies for specific disciplines, in line with the business strategic goals that drive brand awareness, candidate and client engagement and revenue growth

Description

  • Responsible for building and executing aligned go-to-market strategies to deliver on client leads, candidate sourcing where applicable and profitable conversion rate targets.
  • Delivering discipline plans that meet local needs of the brand's objectives in the UK
  • Responsible for project managing hero programmes and adapting and localising campaigns from global and regional to the needs of the UK
  • Collaborate with the Channel team to develop effective, prioritised marketing programmes to leverage owned, paid, and earned channels to deliver on growth.?
  • Work with the content team to deliver an ongoing article programme to enhance our awareness in recruitment
  • Drive awareness of the brand and its key brands among an external audience
  • Ensure consistent Customer Value Proposition and brand messaging across the market

Profile

  • Agency experience preferred, though not essential?
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills?
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail / accuracy?
  • Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge / experience with the full marketing mix
