Our client, a leading contractor for sheet metal fabrications, are recruiting for an experienced
CAD Programmer
to join their dynamic team in
Lancing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create programmes for the CNC machines (laser cutting, brake press etc)
- Convert technical drawings into production-ready files using SolidWorks.
- Upload and optimise files for CNC machines using Radan software.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the fabrication process.
- Work entirely off-line, stationed at a computer terminal, to create accurate programs for production.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Radan software is essential.
- Previous experience in engineering operations, particularly in fabrication and sheet metal.
- Strong understanding of measurements, scaling, and geometrical calculations for accurate drafting.
- Good knowledge of CNC programming for various machinery.
- Ability to work independently in an office-based environment.
The Package:
- Salary: £25,000 - £40,000pa DOE.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Holiday allowance + bank holidays.
