Position: Private Law Solicitor – Family Dep

This well-established law firm operates across the North West, with nine offices and a solid reputation for providing excellent legal services. It holds numerous industry accreditation, including the Lexcel Practice Management Standard. I am seeking an experienced and dynamic private law solicitor to join a busy family department at the Chester office. The ideal candidate will handle a caseload of divorce/finance and children files, demonstrating strong skills in finances, children, and advocacy. The role requires travel to courts and other offices, so the candidate must have a car available for work use. Ongoing training, guidance, and support will be provided.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE in private law, with a strong background in finances, children, and advocacy. They must possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, along with strong communication and IT skills. The ability to work well within a team and maintain a friendly, professional manner is essential. While panel accreditation is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
