A global travel business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA qualified candidate to join its finance function.
Reporting to the Director of Financial Reporting, main duties include:
- Managing the process of preparation and submission of UK statutory accounts and management accounts for various entities
- Managing the relationship with external auditors related to UK statutory accounts.
- Responsible for key elements of the monthly, quarterly and year end Group close/consolidation process.
- Assistance in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, and the associated Management Discussion and Analysis
- Review and analysis of critical accounting areas
- Coordination with various team members in corporate and technical accounting as well as other finance teams
- Providing support to the wider finance function, in the accounting for any unusual or complex transactions
- Supporting corporate project activity such as corporate restructuring, and refinancing transactions, acquisitions and disposals
You will be ACA/ACCA qualified either looking for your first move from practice or in a similar financial control/reporting role.
