Fusion People are actively recruiting for a Multi Trade to work on behalf of a nationwide social housing provider working on their Void Property Maintenance team covering out of Westminster & Camden areas.
Duties:
- Skilled repairs operative with demonstrable experience of working in a social housing environment.
- Work safely and in compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Knowledge of NHF schedule of rates codes as a way of accurately pricing work.
- Ability to complete paperwork / PDA data entry accurately and to a high standard.
- Sound knowledge of performance management and how this contributes to business success.
- A strong commitment to providing a high-quality service.
- Capable of working to tight deadlines.
- Undertake tasks without supervision and able to work individually and in a team.
- Can communicate effectively with residents and other stakeholders.
Ability to develop own skills and learn new ones
Package and Benefits
£20.90 - £26.10 per hour Umbrella
Company Vehicle for work and leisure purposes

Qualifications & Experience

Qualified NVQ or Equivalent

Ability to use plant safely

Identification of pole scaffold & inspection qualifications IPAF, PASMA_._

Ability to work within manufacturers requirements and Industry British Standards.

Ability to diagnose and undertake a repair works to domestic properties including specifying materials required and the ability to undertake works in accordance with training and good industry practice

Work within known deadlines
Competent in the use of smart phone technology and PDAs
