SME New Business Advisor
Location: Poole
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 + Commission
We are seeking a knowledgeable SME New Business Advisor to join a great insurance brokerage firm in the Poole area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling package policies and using Acturis systems. My client prides themselves on the progression and development of their staff with multiple opportunities throughout the business.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients, providing expert advice on insurance packages and coverage options
Use Acturis systems to accurately input and update client information, generate quotes, and process policy documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and pricing on behalf of clients
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market to provide clients with up-to-date advice and solutions
Handle any client queries or issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring resolution and client retention
Requirements:
Previous experience working as an SME Account Executive or similar role in the insurance industry
Proficiency in using Acturis systems and other relevant software applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and client retention
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
