We are looking for a motivated and engaging Field-Based Trainer to join our growing team, responsible for delivering hands-on training to teams across the South East region. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing staff skills, improving performance, and ensuring a consistent standard of service and operational knowledge across the business.
**Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face training to new and existing
- Conduct induction training, role-specific learning, and upskilling sessions tailored to business needs
- Identify training needs through observation, performance metrics, and collaboration with local managers
- Provide on-the-job coaching and mentoring to support continuous development
- Update and adapt training content to reflect any changes in policies, procedures, or products
- Track and report on training completion, feedback, and impact on performance
- Support the rollout of new company initiatives, systems, or services through effective training plans
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives
Essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to tailor training styles to suit different audiences and learning styles
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across the region
