Job Description: They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal primary Teacher will be either a mainstream teacher or have experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) due to the presence of challenging behavior and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs among some students.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Managing and supporting students with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Engaging with parents and carers to support student development and well-being.
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
- Experience in mainstream or SEN teaching.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
