This school in Hounslow is a thriving primary school looking for a Primary Teacher with a diverse and dynamic student body of 73 pupils. They are committed to delivering the highest quality education, fully aligned with the national curriculum, and are dedicated to nurturing every child's potential.

Job Description: They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal primary Teacher will be either a mainstream teacher or have experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) due to the presence of challenging behavior and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs among some students.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Managing and supporting students with challenging behaviours and SEMH needs.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Engaging with parents and carers to support student development and well-being.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable.
  • Experience in mainstream or SEN teaching.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
  • Ability to manage and support students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
