I am looking for a
Fencer
to complete repairs and maintenance on Social Housing properties in the
Birmingham
area. The successful
Fencer
can expect a Permanent position, including company benefits such as a Van + Fuel Card, 28 days holiday and Employee discount portal.
We are looking to speak to a Fencer who has:
- NVQ or Equivalent in their trade
- Social Housing Experience
- Experience with other external trades
The successful Fencer can expect to complete:
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Installations
- Other external trdes, e.g. slabbing, basic brick work etc.
In return, the successful Fencer will receive:
- Up to £30,000 per annum salary
