About Our Client

Our Commercial Property team is known for its expertise, client-focused approach, and dedication to achieving the best outcomes for our clients. We are looking to expand our team with a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
  • Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.
  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
  • Negotiate and liaise with clients, developers, agents, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their interests are effectively represented and protected.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team, contributing to their professional development.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE.
  • Proven track record of experience in all fields of commercial property work.
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial property law and procedures.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using legal practice management software and other relevant technology.
