Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child reaches their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on children's development and progress.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
