Description

Credit Control Supervisor

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control team.
  • Prepare regular reports on credit control performance and aging analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on credit risk analysis.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit control..
  • Develop and implement effective credit control strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide staff training as necessary.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
