FIND is working with an Education Trust to recruit a School Business Manager to join their team. This is a busy role that forms part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing three sites and looking after a small administration team.
This role is based between the Head Office and occasional travel to the other school sites.
Please note this role is Term Time only, plus one week- 40 weeks of the year in total, and the salary is the actual salary for the Term Time working
Only candidates who have held a similar role in a School or College environment will be considered.
Salary- £35,000- £38,000 per annum- (Actual)
Key duties for this role include-
- Managing the HR function for the Trust.
- Oversight of Finances for the Trust, including budgets and forecasts.
- Keeping track of Health & Safety.
- Running the administration function for the Trust.
- Premises management.
- Co-ordinate the schools' support functions.
The ideal candidate for this role-
- Is a current School Business Manager or Bursar or has held these positions in the last five years.
- Holds a Finance or Business Administration degree or has relevant experience and a School Business Manager Qualification.
- Is happy to work term time only and travel to sites as required.
- Is an excellent communicator and is well organised.
