Senior Network Analyst
We are recruiting for a Senior Network Analyst to join a large, well-respected organisation on a permanent basis. You will directly supporting the Network Manager and be a vital part of the Telecoms team to ensure that all information and communication facilities are available for use by the organisations users and staff.
The RoleAs the Senior Network Analyst, you will be directly working with the Network Manager and the Telecoms team to analyse and diagnose complex technical problems with existing systems, as well as act as the escalation point for any major incidents.
You must have an understanding of the network architectures, firewalling and cloud networking (Azure).
Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with 3rd party partners, users, staff and IT Solutions. You will be mentoring the Network Analyst and Network Engineer in the team to collaboratively support with providing network solutions and allocate duties during projects. You will be a great team player, good communicator and have the right attitude to support such a well-valued organisation.
What the organisation look for
- Customer support experience with ability to solve tickets and provide hands-on support where needed
- Ability to support a large network environment
- Cisco
- Firewall management and configuration experience
- Updating, managing and troubleshooting of two or more of the following major vendors; Palo Alto, Fortinet and Cisco ASA
- Understanding of cloud networking (Azure)
- Must hold a valid UK Drivers License due to the occasional travel (any travel is expensed)
