1st Line Support Administrator - Brierley Hill - Hybrid - 25k - 28k
My global manufacturing client are looking for a 1st line support administrator to join their business at a very exciting time, as their IT transformation project kicks off. If you're looking to join a global business, with passion and desire to grow with the company, and great opportunities to learn and undergo training courses, this could be for you.
You will need
- Great understanding of IT support
- Solid understanding of desktop, hardware and software applications, Local Area Network (LAN) architecture and Microsoft desktop operating systems, telecom, e-mail and network administration.
- Ticketing systems (Service Now)
- Desktop support, telecom administration, Microsoft service and e-mail administration
This role is hybrid in Brierly Hill, with expectance to be on-site for 4 days of the week.
