Stock Controller
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (Dependant on experience)
Location: Basildon (Fully on-site)
Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.00pm)

Our client is a leading manufacturer of laser marking, engraving and cutting machines with customers spanning various industries.
Position Overview:
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Stock Controller to join their small team of production administrative staff, to provide essential support to their production and stock functions. This Stock Controller position involves inputting accurate data and information onto a CRM, balancing stock between two of their facilities, and processing incoming orders.
Position Duties:
- Manage stock levels across two Basildon facilities.
- Periodically collate and present production related data to management for analysis.
- Receive and process orders through a dedicated 3PL system.
- Maintain accurate records in the management system.
- Follow established processes and guidelines meticulously, ensuring no errors or deviations in order handling and stock management.
- Ensure stock is received and moved to storage appropriately.
- Assist in general production administration as needed, supporting the wider team in achieving operational goals.
- Effectively manage time to meet order deadlines and maintain smooth operational work flow.
Position Requirements:
- Well-organised and methodical.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate.
- Able to follow procedures and guidelines.
