My Client develops efficient power solutions for industries aiming to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact. They are now looking for an experienced CNC Engineer to join their growing team!
Main Duties:
- Programming and Setup: Creating and setting up CNC programs to meet design specifications.
- Machine Operation: Running and monitoring CNC machines to ensure accurate production.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Performing regular maintenance and resolving machine issues.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Coordinating with teams on design requirements and maintaining detailed records.
Skills and Experience Required:
- HNC/HND
- CAD/CAM experience
- Manual Programming (G code and Conversational) experience
- Mill turn experience
Desired but not essential experience:
- Can work to 5S standards
