Seven Education are looking for an Early Help Partnership Lead to work in Slough, Berkshire. This is a Temporary role on a long term basis, full time hours and is paying £500 per day via an umbrella company. The role will be office and Slough based. Given the need to work in the community and with partners in the town (at least 3 days to be in the town).
The role:
We need a leader to work alongside our Targeted Early Help colleagues and with our Early Help Coordinators to help get alongside our partners to help build confidence in leading early help support. This will include working alongside colleagues to put in place systems and processes to keep accurate records of help that is being provided so that we can support at an individual level and to then use information to help us better plan help in Slough even earlier on.
Key outcomes:
Work with community and faith leaders to understand early help led by them and create systems to capture that information - increase our understanding in this area and to build this for children and families.
Working alongside partners to build confidence in leading early help plans and to use appropriate IT and data systems to capture data intelligence - help to better understand the help provided to children and families at a Early Help point and to help build confidence and support in this space to reduce escalations to social care intervention where safe and appropriate to do so.
Co-produce this area alongside children, families, practitioners, and partners.
Lead on the development of the Children and Young People plan*
Develop formal support mechanisms to re-shape the support ensuring that more children and families receive help at the earliest time to prevent their needs
