We are seeking a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) passionate about supporting children with disabilities to join our client, a Local Authority based in North-West England. This LA has a fantastic reputation with a current GOOD Ofsted rating.

  • Conduct Assessments: Identify and evaluate the needs of children and families.
  • Develop Care Plans: Create and implement tailored support plans.
  • Provide Support: Offer ongoing advocacy and assistance to families.
  • Collaborate: Work with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
  • Monitor Progress: Ensure effective interventions and positive outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in social care
  • Social Work England registration
  • 2+ years experience in Mental Health Social Work
