ROLE: Part-Time Payroll Coordinator (20 hours per week)

SALARY: £15 p/h

LOCATION: Tamworth (Office based)

THE COMPANY: We are currently working with a global business, based in Tamworth, who are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team.

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end payroll and will be confident in working to strict deadlines.

The successful individual will be the stand-alone Payroller for the business, so the ability to manage time effectively and work well to your own initiative is a must.

Experience with Workday and SAGE 50 is beneficial, however full system training will be given.

DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Processing end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately 250 employees.
  • Overseeing the time and attendance system.
  • Processing new starters and leavers.
  • Submitting payroll data to HMRC on a monthly basis.
  • Ensuring the people management system is up to date and producing reports, as required.
  • Resolving any queries from management and employees.
  • Assisting with the development of manuals, systems and procedures.
  • Supporting with general HR administration.
