My client, a 5* Leisure Management company operating high-end luxury residential developments across London is now recruiting for Lifeguards. My client is recruiting for the essential and skilled position of Lifeguards for our flagship Club!
The job of the Lifeguard is to support the Duty Managers and Club Manager in delivering a 5* experience whilst ensuring a safe environment for all swimming pool users. This leisure facilities host a Gym with unrivalled top of the range equipment, a stunning Swimming Pool with a Sauna/ Spa, an extensive Group Exercise programme, Personal Training, Beauty Therapy rooms, plus areas for relaxation.
Key Duties
- Responsible for the delivery 5* customer service to all residents, guests and external contractors at the development
- The first point of contact for all queries within the leisure club
- Ensuring all pool users are safe and in a welcoming environment
- Adhering to the health and safety procedures including pool testing, water safety guidelines and site-specific regulations
- General poolside and cleaning
- Supporting on front of house, meeting and greeting the guests, answering the phones and general administration tasks
We are currently able to offer a range of contracted hours for this position such as: 32 hrs and 40hrs. You must be able to work a range of shift patterns including early starts, late finishes, over both weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications and Experience
- A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Experience in 5-star or luxury environment from within the leisure, hospitality or customer service sectors
- A strong understanding of high standards, including personal presentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills
