Description
The key responsibilities of an HR Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Supporting recruitment procedures, including job postings and screening resumes.
- Assisting with the organising of interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
- Maintaining and updating employee records.
- Providing administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
- Assisting with onboarding and induction processes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and the latest recruitment regulations.
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives as required.
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar HR or recruitment role within the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Need to be flexible to travel to Central and South Manchester.
Job Offer
