ACCOUNT MANAGER (TELECOMS)

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager for our client based in North Wales (Deeside). This is an excellent opportunity to join this busy and expanding team. Our client is a very well-established business in the telecom's industry who have established for more than 20 years.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

  • Basic salary is £25k plus commission (OTE £35k)
  • Additional annual attendance bonus and company bonus.
  • Monday to Friday working hours - 9am to 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working opportunities after training / probationary period.20 days holiday which increases by 1 day each year (max 30 days), plus bank holidays.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE ACCOUNT MANAGER'S DAY:

  • Account manage an existing database of customers, ensuring all VoIP queries are resolved promptly, and that they are receiving a high level of service.
  • Make courtesy calls to existing customer for account reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for cross / up selling and make recommendations to the customer, and then refer to the relevant sales team.
  • Contact lapsed customers to gather information with the aim of them becoming a live customer again.
  • Assist with sales administration as and when needed.

  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales, within a B2B environment - essential.
  • Experience within telecoms or IT is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of VoIP is highly desirable but full training will be given.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
