About the Role
Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a global and successful organisation who supply products to the construction industry! As the Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations and production teams. The product is technical and therefore we need a numerical, self-motivated individual who can learn quickly and has a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities for a Sales Administrator (but not limited to)
- Processing and placing orders.
- Customer Service: Respond to daily email enquiries and calls from customers, maintaining high resolution standards and a professional, empathetic approach.
- Administrative Tasks: Execute daily administrative duties to facilitate efficient order fulfilment, keeping KPIs in focus.
- Producing detailed reports on Excel.
- Providing detailed quotations.
- Ability to interpret date, designs and drawings.
