Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and administration of a diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied. As a Property Manager you will need to possess excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a strong understanding of Property Management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors.
- Ensure properties are in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is beneficial
