The HR Team at Macildowie are currently recruiting for a People Advisor based in Melton Mowbray
Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic People Advisor to enhance their HR team. This role is pivotal in cultivating a vibrant workplace environment.
Key Duties:
- Manager Support: Offer insightful, practical guidance to line managers, ensuring fairness and consistency with established policies.
- Strategic Assistance: Contribute to the execution of the Group People plan and category People strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in projects and tasks that bolster the HR team's effectiveness across the employee lifecycle.
- Onsite Coordination: Support central functions with resourcing, learning and development, payroll, and more.
- Case Management: Oversee and assist with casework resolution.
Your efforts will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
- Professional Experience: Skilled in managing disciplinaries and grievances, and guiding line managers.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with HR systems.
- Flexibility: Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
