We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Midday Supervisor to join a primary school based in Tooting. The successful candidate will supervise students during their lunch break, ensuring their safety, promoting positive behaviour, and creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. You will be required to work for 1 hour a day with the occasional overtime as and when. The hours are 11:30 until 12:30, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during lunchtime in the dining hall, playground, and other designated areas.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all students.
- Encourage good manners and healthy eating habits.
- Assist with setting up and clearing away lunch areas.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively and calmly.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
