Delivering excellence in design, installation, and customer satisfaction they are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead the team on an exciting new facade installation project.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that the facade installation is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will be the key liaison between a small direct team, the principal contractor, and other subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the project.
The Candidate
Experienced in site management within the construction industry, ideally with a focus on facade installation projects you will have a proven ability to lead a team and manage subcontractors effectively. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with the principal contractor and other stakeholders.
