Job Title : Administrator
Job Type: 6 months fixed term contract
Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Job Location : Shepton Mallet
Key Accountabilities
- Onboard customers within the 3 business areas of Software, Brokerage & Transitnet in a timely & accurate manner using SGS systems to raise customer requests and proforma invoices.
- Responsibility for updating records to ensure invoicing management data is accuarate at all times.
- Access SGS' inhouse software to access data relating to declarations and send to clients.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to client/colleague queries.
- Work closely with the Administration Manager to assist with debt collection, google adwords and general administration tasks.
Qualifications
Essential
- English Language and Mathematics GCSE Level or equivalent (grades A* to C)
- Education to 'A' level standard or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Finance related activities involving multiple clients and services.
- Ability to navigate (with support) various softwares required in administering finance services
Desirable
- Knowledge of Google AdWords
- Experience of office QHSE
- Proficiency with working with a range of colleagues delivering time sensitive services.
