Finance Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to work for a world leading corporation as a Finance Administrator. Owing to internal changes this organisation is seeking a commercially astute finance and administrative professional to work on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working.

The responsibilities of the Finance Administrator includes:

Reporting to the Contract Head of the Quality and Risk department;

Scope of the role:

The successful applicant must have:

  • Contract execution:
  • Administering the duties agreed in the T&C's
  • Arranging logistics for the goods
  • Paying suppliers in line with accounting month requirement
  • Issuing invoice in line with accounting month requirement
  • All other requirements under the contract
  • Working in line with quality management system

Back-office duties:

SAP is the ERP system

Month end closing

Trade Finance

Preferred:

  • 12 months experience in a similar finance/procurement administration role
