We are looking to engage with enthusiastic, analytical, and organised SEO Managers to join their ever growing performance marketing team. You will be pivotal in driving organic growth, enhancing web presence, and leading SEO initiatives across the UK, and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact SEO strategies aligned with business goals, optimis
  • ing their online presence for maximum organic traffic and lead generation.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire an SEO executive, influencing content writers and front-end developers to enhance search engine visibility through effective on and off-page optimisation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive search engine rankings.
  • Website Optimisation: Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content quality, user experience, and offsite factors to improve SERP positions and overall website performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of key performance metrics, regularly reporting trends and insights to stakeholders, and using data-driven insights to refine and optimise SEO performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal content team, developers, and other growth team members to integrate SEO best practices into overall marketing strategies, ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Management: Oversee planning, traffic building, and reporting of multiple websites/domains across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and beyond.
  • Link Strategy: Develop and manage a comprehensive link-building strategy in collaboration with the PR team to support reach, authority, and impression share.
  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-value opportunities, optimise website structure, and improve search engine visibility.
  • Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis and keyword gap analysis to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with Paid Media: Work with the Paid Media Manager to align search growth targets and strategy.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience managing SEO.
  • Proficient in website analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, SERanking, Screaming Frog, SEOClarity).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including website structure, crawling, indexing, and on-page optimization.
  • Ability to propose and execute long-term strategies and testing plans related to organic growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • Experience with CMS and managing content across multiple territories, including the use of hreflang.
  • Enthusiasm for staying current with industry changes and adaptability to new developments impacting SEO management.
