This is a great opportunity to join one of the leading facilities management companies in the UK, based at one of their prestigious client's sites based in Evesham, England.
Role Responsibilities:
- To carry out PPM, Reactive Maintenance, and extra work requirements by set schedules.
- Ensure standards are maintained to maximize the operational effectiveness and reliability of the site systems.
- Fault finding and remedial works.
- To provide reports about work and equipment.
- Write and review method statements and risk assessments.
- Daily checks completed and recorded.
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Maintained, repaired, and calibrated electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation plant to optimise both reliability and maintainability.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance field (or equivalent other qualification recognised by CITB/EITB/JIB).
- 18th Edition Regs
- Holds additional qualifications e.g. COCN1, NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures
- Experience and capability to provide maintenance service in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
