We are working with a local, established print business who are looking to employ a Print Shop Administrator.

The company is fast growing and is looking for an Administrator to help support and expand with the business in the digital printing web presence.

Full training will be given to the successful candidate, this is a great role with the opportunity to grow within the business.

Main duties to include:

  • Production and printing of high quality products to include brochures, flyers, posters, business cards and folded and stapled documents
  • Dealing with customer queries via email, phone and if customers walk in to the branch
  • Quality control checks to ensure that all products are produced in the time-frame to high standards
  • Operating large printers, presses, guillotines and folding machines - training with be given
  • Stock control on a regular basis

Attributes

  • Someone who is willing to learn skills for the role
  • Enjoys dealing with customers and building relationships
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Computer literate - good with Outlook and Word would be an advantage
  • Attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

This role is Temp to Perm

Part Time - 3 days a week; Monday to Friday between the hours 9am to 5pm. Can be flexible

Salary : £11.44/hour
