Packaging Design Manager - The Rewards
- Up to £60,000 DOE
- Working hours will be: 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3.45pm on Fridays

Packaging Design Manager - Requirements
- Must have knowledge and experience of Fefco standards, corrugated machinery
- 2 years previous experience of working within the corrugated packaging industry
- Be a team player
- Be innovative and ambitious
- Be willing and motivated to continuously strive to improve
- Have a good work ethic
- Be a punctual and reliable individual, who is flexible and willing to adapt and grow their skills beyond their current skill set
Packaging Design Manager - Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day workflow running through the design department and provide support and expertise across the business as needed
- Collaborate with other department to maximise business performance and improve workflow
- Completing design briefs from internal and external customers
- Creating working drawings for production
- Complete Mid/medium complexity projects
- Creation of customer presentations
- 3D renders - AGCAD software
- Designing for manufacture, signing off 1st off orders and providing operational support as & when required
- Liaise with customers, to include occasional travel to site for meetings and presentations
- Recruit, train, supervise and develop a small team of design staff, setting objectives/targets to manage and review performance
- Working closely with the Marketing team providing case studies and content aligned with the group Marketing Strategy
- Supporting our sustainability goals and being aware of new products that can help our customers deliver these objectives
- Any other duties that are within your capabilities
