Location: London based or homebased
Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
Salary: £28,598 - £31,384 FTE per annum* (plus £3,827 Inner London Weighting if London based or £480 if home-based)
Contract type: Temporary contract (Until 7th September 2025)

We are looking for a confident, friendly, people-focused individual with a can-do attitude for this busy HR role. You will bring your knowledge and experience of providing generalist employee relations advice and support to line managers, and the ability to manage your own caseload. You will be joining the organisation as a valuable member of an influential HR team delivering the HR strategy and developing our policies, which help shape the future at Family Action.

You should be a resilient, professionally curious person who is enthusiastic about developing a career in HR. The successful candidate will have be an excellent communicator who is able to provide advice and support in a solution focused way.
