Pursuit Resources Group are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team. This role is offered on a Hybrid basis but remote working may be considered for the right candidate.

You must be able to travel to our offices in Braintree, Essex on occasions for team meetings so a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is a must. Please consider this prior to applying to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a portfolio of allocated vacancies
  • Building effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Meeting with hiring manager and agreeing requirement, assessing job description and key time frames.
  • Utilising our Candidate Management System for the full lifecycle of vacancies including;
  • Advertise positions.
  • Actively recruit/source passive candidates using RDB database, job boards and linked in Recruiter.
  • Review and shortlist suitable applications to determine suitability, requirements and availability.
  • Liaise with shortlisted candidates and documenting all correspondence on RDB.
  • Manage and document all interview scheduling/correspondence.
  • Attend and conduct interviews with hiring manager and document notes.
  • Candidate management including timely notification of outcome and updating RDB.
  • Support with the collation of KPIs for Board reports and stakeholder information.
  • Complete market rate and trend analysis.
  • Ongoing compliance including staying up to date with recruitment legislation including GDPR and new and upcoming legislations.
  • Preparation and maintenance of job descriptions and person specifications for new and existing positions.
  • Maintaining electronic candidate files.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Strong proven background in recruitment within internal recruitment/HR, or agency experience.
  • Proven experience of managing full life cycle within the recruitment process.
  • Proven ability to work within a fast paced and pressurised environment.
  • Qualification within Human Resources or Recruitment would be an advantage.
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent.
  • Full UK licence and access to a serviceable and appropriately insured vehicle.
