Sales Analytics team consumes data for reporting, deep data analysis as well as advanced data science and provides Deutsche Bank front office a clear view on clients activity and profitability.

We are building an interactive analytical platform, defining and tracking key business metrics, helping front office in day-to-day business decisions.

We are responsible for all steps of bringing high-quality data to end users: ETL processes, data analysis and preparation, development of interactive presentation layer.

As a Full Stack Developer you will be part of product team, responsible for full life cycle of development tasks including analysis, development, successful implementation, administration and level 3 production support. You will work in close collaboration with sales, research and operations teams based in UK, US and Germany.

Your key responsibilities

  • Design and develop frontend and backend systems, deploy systems to production, define and improve monitoring metrics, participate in on call duties.
  • Collaborate with business users to resolve their issues, gather requirements for new features and"demonstrate new features to stakeholders.
  • Resolve system integration challenges working with other members of the team and external teams.
  • Support user acceptance testing, release planning and co-ordination, user training and assist L1/L2 support in root cause analysis.

Your skills and experience

  • Agile development practices with strong focus on quality code through automated testing
  • Experience in software development in any two of the following areas: web and API development, UX technologies (React), relational databases. Proficiency with Java server stack and understanding of its underlying runtime.
  • Experience with relational databases, high proficiency with SQL.
  • Knowledge of modern frontend development principles, experience with React and Typescript
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Containerised cloud deployment concepts beneficial e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
