Role: Technical Business Analyst
Salary: Up to £125K
Working pattern: Hybrid- 3 days a week onsite in London.
I am currently working with a start-up who are aiming to revolutionise the insurance industry and are currently looking to bring onboard a Technical Business Analyst.
This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in optimising the insurance policy administration system by analysing complex requirements and translating them into efficient workflows.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand product requirements
- Leverage your insurance knowledge to design and implement system enhancements
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop detailed system requirements and specifications
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful project delivery
What you'll need:
- Degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and a bonus if you know Python, C#, or Java
- 1-5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bonus points for:
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience with workflow tools and content management systems (CMS)
- Agile/Lean methodology experience
