The Role:
Job Title: HR Manager
Salary: £55,000
Location**:** London - Hybrid
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Build out the HR function as the first headcount in the People team
- Manage the full employee lifecycle and end to end recruitment processes with the support of the office administrator
- Support the implementation of HiBob
- Design and implement HR policies and frameworks and build out the Employee Values Proposition
- Drive EDI and cultural initiatives across the organisation
What is the company looking for?
- 4-8 years' HR experience
- Experience in a standalone HR or lean team building HR processes and policies
- Knowledge of HR system implementations - HiBob experience is a bonus!
- Creative and intuitive individual
