Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a progressive company who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is Hybrid working and would suit someone studying ACCA as they offer study support.
Day to day of the role:
- Code invoices accurately to ensure proper tracking and reporting.
- Assist with the production of financial reports.
- Reconcile supplier statements against the ledger to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage the accounts payable inbox, ensuring timely processing of e-mail and web ordering.
- Tax calculations.
- Liaise with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an account's experience
- Ideally Studying ACCA
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency in financial management.
