Elevate Projects are working with a valued client to appoint a Neighbourhood Response Officer. A fantastic opportunity to work in a customer facing role, carrying out visits to neighbourhoods and customers in there homes, covering a patch of around 600 properties in the area.
As a Neighbourhood Response Officer you will:
- Conduct viewings and sign ups
- Tenancy Breaches
- Arrears visits
- Attend court hearings
- Estate inspections
- Carry out investigations of ASB
- Tenancy reviews and mutual exchanges
It is essential to have housing sector and similar working experience, it's necessary to have a driving licence and your own car.
