Exciting Role on offer for a Quantity Surveyor looking to join an established, family run and award winning Main Contractor, with progression to Commercial Manager in 3 years.
Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor seeking a diverse role working in the education and Healthcare sector within an established Main Contractor? Are you looking for a family run company where you can make a real difference and progress in your career?
This Main Contractor specialise in New build and refurbishment projects within the Education and Healthcare creating a stable workload due to be enlisted on a number of public sector framework agreements. Due to their outstanding reputation they are thriving despite market conditions and are therefore on the hunt for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business with the objective of then becoming Commercial Manager in the next 3 years.
In this role you will be based in the Office in Oswestry, completing site visits where needed. You'll be involved from inception, right through to completion. This will include budget control, acquire sub-contractors and materials, arrange valuation reports and provide support to the commercial and site teams. You will be running multiple complex projects so will need to be highly organised.
The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying background working on New Build Commercial Projects looking to take the next step in their career looking to progress into a Commercial Manager role.
